The Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting is the best! The hard part is deciding on the cake batter, although, it’s impossible to make a bad choice. Fortunately Merry will make multi layer cakes with multiple batters. The other plus is that the cake freezes well. Although she never uses frozen cakes, I’ve not tasted any difference when I’ve done it with leftovers from one of her generous cakes.
Merry suprised me with this delightful, delicious treat! She puts such thought & creativity into everything she does, and best of all…wow…you have not really tasted cake until you’ve tried Merry’s. Nothing else compares or even comes close!

Merry’s frosting puts her in a class by herself. If you’re going to put on the calories from “cake”, why waste your time with anyone else? I have used Merry’s baked goods at a number of events I have run and she has always been a big hit. For the ultimate experience in cakes, look no further than Merry Sherman.

Thank you very much for the cake that you made for me after the puppet presentation of Bullfrog and Butterflies. It was adorable! The frog was so realistic with the cattails and lily pads that I didn’t want to cut into the cake. After admiring your work of art I was tempted to eat your delicious cake so I cut off the frog’s foot. Then I couldn’t bear seeing a footless frog, so I tried to eat him by scooping the cake out and tunneling up his leg. What an amazing creation! Thank you for your work art.
