1. Freeze cake as is for about 24 hours
2. Wrap cake tightly in saran wrap
3. Place in corrugated box, not a light cake box generally used to deliver cakes.
4. Gently stuff tissue paper or shredded paper firm but not tightly around cake
5. Close box and tape shut
6. Wrap box in freezer wrap
7. Place in freezer. Preferably not be self defrosting as it should stay completely frozen.
